RBC Royal Bank

I have been banking with this branch since 2018. Gerald Choy is beyond stellar and is the reason why I am super happy with RBC and this branch. I can honestly say that I have not received this level of service by any professional in any bank (I bank with multiple Banks). Truly perceptive to our needs, not only has every request been met on a timely basis, but his service and professionalism has always exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the team and especially Gerald.

Julia Campbell at Broadway and Cambie was very helpful yesterday. My appointment was only to open up a bank account for a holding company. This is a ton of a paper work and not a lot of reward for the branch. She also spontaneously helped me set up a corporate direct investing account for which I did not have an appointment. The service was very professional and efficient. Thank you!

During covid-19, the Homer branch and Broadway and Cambie branch provided me very poor customer service and lag time in getting back to me on a waived interest on a credit line. I lost a lot of money due to cyberfraud during covid. The Branch Managers at both locations did nothing for me. I had to close all my accounts and talk to RBC Toronto office to get an internal request sent to a RBC Branch Manager to waive interest on money I did not owe to them! I even wrote up a statement to their RBC Investigations team stating what happened and they said an electronic agreement covered them legally. This bank are crooks and looking to make money off of other people. I would never recommend this bank to anyone for personal or credit.

In morning i wanted a cashier cheque ,teller asked my id then Requested to remove my glasses ,felt very bizarre .
