Slowest branch in Montreal. One employee to serve customers, 3 that are sitting in their offices catching flies. Clueless manager.
The best service I saw at a bank in Canada. It seems that the staff want to help you get stuff done. Sept 2017
5 o'clock closing time is too early, on Fridays. Why not 7 o'clock like Thursdays ? I hate having to go on Saturdays to do my weekly banking... :/
Beyond that, SUPER friendly and serviceable staff. You don't feel like "just a number" there. At least, I don't... 😉
I always had a good and fast service there, I hope they will keep the good job
