My list of complaints is long, but most recently the till workers have been horrific. Some are kind and courteous, but there are at least two who should find new careers as they obviously hate their jobs. One was yelling at an elderly client who was very clear on what he wanted, but she made the error and wanted the entire bank to overhear her degrading and belittling him. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Today after waiting 15 minutes in line to deposit, all I got was a moody glare. No hello, no sorry for the wait, absolutely NOTHING. The only words she spoke to me were 'anything else?' as a business owner looking to open a second account for new business, I'm starting to think all of my business would be better appreciated somewhere else.

I really enjoy my visits to this branch. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and able to meet our banking needs. Keep up the great work!

Awesome staff Jennifer at the front desk is a lifesaver

In the past I've had a great experience at this branchhowever today I had a teller with the name is Samantha that was extremely rude loud and gave me quite a hard time about the fact that I have ID and a bank card if you could imagine so if you come across Samantha at this Branch I would avoid her and choose another teller she was a very rude overpowering and out of control quite frankly I was terribly embarrassed
