I have had nothing but issues with this branch in the last year. Not returning phone calls or inquiries. And do not go out of there way to assist you! Definitely changing banking institutions !! And lack of training shows!!

Very poor customer service, especially being a long term customer and having multiple accounts. Mitchel macloud has been very rude and lies to customers and provides false information instead of being honest. Specific personell (walley)are not properly trained to deal with mortgages and loans. Inadequate staff should not be handling large amounts of money. I would never have an account with Scotiabank again. I hope this helps to ensure people take their money elsewhere to ensure money is handled with honesty and properly trained staff. Honestly I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star as this is too high.

I am not sure where all the negative reviews came from ? Everything about this branch is awesome. Made appointments easily and quickly, knowledgeable staff, friendly staff . Moved all my banking here from BMO and TD, business and personal . Feels like I am home at last ❤️❤️❤️

Would suggest the hour drive to Calgary, this branch is useless. Booking appointments, mortgage approval, transfer issues; they have trouble doing it all. Staff is very young and unprofessional, also shocked that these people are handling my money. Tellers are helpful, that's about the only positive I can think of.

Banking hours are completely useless for anybody with a job right now. Outside ABM is also useless for taking out cash.
