I was into the Strathmore location and Jennifer was working . She was very professional and very helpful. She took the time to tell me about the things that I wanted to know about. She was so very polite and I enjoyed my visit there

It’s super easy and the staff are really friendly, I thought getting a loan would be a pain in a** and maybe it is normally but not with strathmore money mart😎

Customer service here is terrible, the current worker here doesn’t know half the things he’s doing. I get better service at the Calgary locations. They know we are very loyal customers here at the Strathmore location this guy is just very unprofessional.
