Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Booked a car & got a confirmation email online. Showed up to pick up my rental and there is just a sign here that says pick ups are by appointment only with a minimum of 24 hours notice. How's a guy supposed to see that coming? Now I'm stranded in Strathmore. Will never use this company again. Also, it would be a zero star but that's not an option

Dealt with Graham over here and was excellent at getting me a good rate. Never had issues with any of vehicles rented from here before and rest of staff are wonderful as well!

Excellent service and a great car! Pick-up and drop-off were extremely quick and the representative made sure we paid the same amount based on our booking through Expedia. He was very friendly and helpful. If we're back in the area, we'll definitely go through this branch again.
