We came to open a bank account and no one was available to help us. We were asked to return after 3 PM when there would be someone there who could assist us. We went and were told that, again, there was no one who could help us. We would have to wait. We didn’t. This was 180 degrees from the service we get in the States. Shame on these people who have no understanding that they are in a service profession!

Called last week and left a message. No one ever got back to me. Then called tonight to get some clearifications and got the most rude and unhelpful employee. VERY unsymapthetic and did not help to offer solutions to my situation. Treated me like I was an idiot, like I should know all of their hidden services and all of the inner workings of the bank.

I visited this branch some 2 weeks ago to ask for a Business Deposit Book, none are available, however, a person can have one sent...I called again to do just that and was promised this would be done...So far no Deposit book has appeared...Rather shabby since we have been clients of this bank (although not this branch) for 40 years....

Don't offer many services. And if you try to get your money out, be patient. It is very complicated. More than one month to transfer money from an account.
