IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF YOU GAVE A DIFFERENT NUMBER FOR BUSINESS ENQUIRIES - I AM TRYING TO RE-OPEN A CANCELLED BANK ACCOUNT FOR A REVIVED/RENAMED COMPANY BUT AFTER ALL THE COVID BLABBER I GET ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER/CLIENT CARD NUMBER WHICH ARE IRRELEVANT - AND HAVING ENTERED THEM, I GET ALL THE COVID BLABBER A SECOND TIME - PLUS YOUR OPTION FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE 'PRESS 2' DOESN'T WORK - THEN YOUR 'ALL OUR REPRESENTATIVES ARE BUSY' GIVES NO INDICATION AS TO WHEN ONE WILL BE FREE - AND WILL IT BE A COMMERCIAL REP OR PERSONAL BANKING....? ALSO, YOU HAVE NO DIAL 'ONE' NUMBER FOR A CALL BACK WHEN 'OUR FIRST REPRESENTATIVE IS FREE'. FRANKLY PRETTY USELESS - I GOT A LIFE AND OTHER CALLS COMING IN WHILE I WAIT - AND JUST NOW YOU CUT ME OFF........IF I COULD REACH A NECK.....SO I HAVE TO START AGAIN....I CAN THINK OF MANY ENGLISH WORDS TO DESCRIBE YOUR SYSTEMS BUT NONE WHICH ARE IN THE LEAST POLITE.

I have had enough with this bank. I've been to the bank 4 times for the same reason. My request is simple, I would like a debit card that actually works. Every time I went, they said my problem would be fixed. It never has. I wait patiently for my new card, when it arrives same problem. I may be young, but I should still be a valued customer and have my one simple request fulfilled. I'm fed up and looking for a new bank that respects it's clients regardless of their age.
