Customer service here is bad.
Update: Canned responses from their Digital Media Team make them look worse.
Mediocre customer service! I needed US cheques put into my account, but they put them on hold for 30 days; I have done this before from the same cheque source. They were not understanding at all and refused my request to complain to anyone in charge. The only one being the slightest of help was the one in training, the rest were very ignorant. In all, getting anything done here is terribly slow and painful. Go to another branch for quality service.
I definitely believed I was racially profiled while making a transaction. I have never once been asked to show ID when making a transaction before. However , this Asian teller sitting at her desk had the audacity to ask me for ID after I even put in my PIN in the machine, while she looked at me with her sour, judgemental face. Not a fan of this branch..
I’ve opened an account with assistance of Mr Massimo in This branch.. he was awesome and very cooperative.
The branch director Ariane is very helpful, nice and charismatic
