BMO bank has a good costumer service. I went there many time. They solved every problem very quick. The people are very helpful. And managers are also very polite and helpful.
Back in April, this branch refused me for being a health care professional. As it says on my profile at the bank... They cancelled my appointment on the day of, calling me several times and by emailing me not to come to the bank because the agent with whom I had the appointment "is unfortunately not in today" Under normal circumstances, they make me seen by someone else but instead they insisted for me not to show up. And after I sent an email saying I will book another appointment for next week, my application did not allow me anymore in-person appointments. I would have appreciated that they tell me the truth but instead they lied to me. This branch is in the close neighborhoods of several hospitals and clinics .. it should be boycott by all health care professionals.
CUSTOMER BEWARE: This bank is like the roach motel - you can check in your money, but good luck trying to get it out. They make it nearly impossible to take your money to another bank. Would David Casper be okay with his money being held hostage?
Good customer service
Really like this BMO. The few times I’ve gone in and needed face-to-face service I was beyond impressed at their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help (even with problems I make for myself!) Wait times are good. Clean even near the ABMs.
