Exceptional Customer service at this branch is clearly being taught by example coming from the top. The Manager, Vitaly is the best.

The new BMO hours are awful. Anybody working a regular 9-5 job cannot visit the branch, and they don't offer customer service (by phone) on weekends. I will be looking to switch banks ASAP and transferring / closing my accounts with the BMO. I should not need to take a day off of work to visit the bank. This is ridiculous. Anybody considering joining BMO, run for the hills. I have other friends with bad experiences as well!

Bmo client for over 10 years. After dealing with this incompetent branch I will be switching to Tangerine.

I never taught I would write such a negative review to what used to be my favorite BMO branch. I moved away from NDG and still decided to come here, only to be served by a rude employee by Mrs. A. D. A very disappointing experience, I will never come back again.
