Worst bank and branch ever! Went to certify a check, the branch manager was so arrogant. She wouldn't even try to find a solution but for the account holder to come himself so they can verify it even though he was overseas and during covid!? For a cheque!?, reason was the phone number on file wasn't valid anymore. I provided numbers, emails, and the account holder on the phone! They would even talk to the account holder even if he called the branch directly! How would an account holder use or reach his money?! Only God knows, the branch manager literally followed me down the street when I told her to shut up because she was giving me a lesson in manners in the bank!
Great service by Elizabeth, she did everything in her power to solve my US CC issue!
This is byfar the absolute best td branch in Quebec!!!!! The staff is amaizing! The manager is a kind hearted person and is amaizing!!!!!
TD is the first bank with whom I have started my financial affairs with. In the last months they have disappointed me more than all the other financial institutions there is out there. Lack of professionalism. Lack of customer services. ZERO customer value. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. #TimesUp You guys have just lost another potential & loyal client of yours.
