Horrible stuff and royally bad treatment! The staff is rude regardless of your request, especially the elder blond cashier lady. I love being RBC client, but that branch is something else. The only good thing is that they are open on Saturday, otherwise spare yourself a headache and go to Monkland or Hampton branch - they are not afraid to smile and to be nice to their clients.

Very professional and thorough when going through details. Golda helped me open my own student account and was truly thoughtful. I will be sure to recommend her to any of my friends that would want to open an account with RBC.
