Recently opened a bank account here, opening was smooth however the real deal starts after that. Very rude lady who doesn’t even have product knowledge. Always checks with her manager whenever I ask questions. Customer service doesn’t even exist. Therefore closing my account here soon ASAP my first 30 days are over and take my services elsewhere.
Who ever reads this from nbc, I am closing my services with you guys because of just one of your employees. She does not deserve to be in a service industry if she does not know what that means.
