In need of currency exchange, so do the right thing and call their "customer service" number, get the all clear that the branch he in town will complete the transaction & do take the currency in question. Happy days.... so arrive like a drowned rat (yes raining again.....welcome back to summers in Alberta!), and after a phone call from the bemused cashier its a NO sorry we can't do exchange here! Clearly the left hand doesn't know what the right hands doing. Back in Canada and looking for a new bank, any guesses who it won't be!

Absolutely horrible service at every level, right up to manager. Online reps are better trained and the odd frontline teller is helpful but it is not the norm. Scotiabank is obviously forgetting that customers define them.

The ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and helpful!

Going in there to do business was like getting a root canal. Despite this being a brand new branch, you would think they would go above and beyond to deliver great customer service. Nope.

We have been banking here for over 15 years. We stay because of the good people and good service!!
