TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

If I can give 0 stars, I definitely would. Had an appointment with Ms. Peters(?) and let me tell you right when I came in the door, I can already tell how unprofessional they are. She was no help of any of my requests at all. What she told me the whole time is to just call their customer service cause she can’t do it. She even told me to go to another bank like ATB! She made me feel helpless, hopeless, and unimportant. Thank you very much. I went to another TD branch, they helped me right away - no WHYS nor BUTS. I told them my experience in this branch and they were absolutely disgusted how this branch treat their own customers. I have talked to other people regarding their experience here and I heard same stories. You guys should just close down or find another career if you don’t want to do your damn job!!!

I absolutely hate the new check in process

I have had problems trying to deposit a cheque here. The service teller could not grab the manager as the manager was at another teller desk for more than 10 minutes. Eventually I asked for my cheque back and I was encouraged to go to another location... I also made an appointment with a specialist and applied for a loan. Then the TD specialist went on vacation and didn’t return my calls or emails. Very unprofessional.

Worst experience ever, not helpful at all. Especially the manager is very rude in talking, lacks proper knowledge and guides you wrong. Moreover,He cancelled my appointment and never helped to reschedule with anyone when i needed some banking help. Wont recommend anyone to go there.

I worked for TD bak before, and I know that they pride themselves with exceptional customer service. How did this branch fall off their grid? I am not sure. I took an appointment for a Mortgage; the specialist was so useless and rude, basically just stared at me, gave me no value over the website, and then had the nerve to brag about their customer service. I have been a loyal TD customer since I was 15 with an exceptional credit score. I walked out of that appointment planning to move all of my banking somewhere else. I have never felt so in important and in valued customer as I felt today.
