Very helpful and nice clerks at front desk. Wonderful costumer service. Great environment but They should hire more people at front desk because their is always line up.

Excellent tellers that are knowledgeable. Got a credit line here. Anthony was great.

This branch has been fantastic, specifically Sonam one of the financial advisors I had the pleasure of meeting with. She took the time to understand my banking needs, clearly explained RBC's line of products, services and advantages. Thank you again for the great service!

I went to the branch at around 3.40 to get my pay cheque certified and the counter clerk named susan was super rude and she refused to certify it because she had an excuse that they were closing soon and she advised me to come 45 mins earlier if I need to get it done whereas the other rbc branch takes around 10 mins or less to get it done. Not only that she said its gonna charge me 45 to 50 dollars to get it certified but the other branch charge 20 to 25 dollars for the same service. What a rip off. I think she is super lazy to help customers without understanding the urgency of that matter. Super annoying.

Customer Service Rep are very knowledgeable and helpful....both Konika and Safina gives an excellent customer service.
