TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I had very good customer service from the people here. My issue was very complicated and the people here had no experience in this kind of transaction, but the teller and the supervisor were very patient and did their very best to get the work done. Appreciate it.

I visited this branch today with a ton of rolled coin. The branch was well set up for social distancing and everyone was super helpful. Despite the big chore of accepting so much coin the staff were patient and pleasanat. I was in and out in a few minutes. 10/10 :-)

The branch was very helpful with my business request

Terrible. Close two out of three branches and shorten the hours so the remaining branch us super packed and needs to be double staffed. That is the exact opposite of what your goal should be. In addition I've now tried to do a business deposit five times and still have the money. Wasted several hours of my time.

They ask way more questions than needed. Some info is not their business
