Absolutely disgusted by their fraud department. My company has given RBC years of business and many high dollars over the course of our 38 years in business. Only for our first ever fraudulent claim, one we have proof from a police report that it was NOT us making the transactions along with seeing a huge change in spending trends over a consecutive 4 days of 10-12 transactions totalling a disgusting high dollar. Michael from your fraud department just told us, sorry we can’t help. Taking our business elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. During this pandemic, they have been very understanding and cooperative.

I used to love RBC unfortunately one of the staff (asst. manager) at this branch was very rude to me, it was beyond unprofessional and uncalled for. I find the staff at other branches much better. If you have to bank at RBC definitely go to a different branch.

Staff is rude. Line is always slow moving. Take over an HR to get through on the phone. Ive had enough and moving all my money elsewhere

My wife couldn't pick up a card for me on our joint account. We are Married she was unable to pick it due to privacy after waiting in line for 20 minutes.
