The paramount branch is so incredible! This branch is the only reason I am with ATB. Trying to verify funds with royal bank for a draft is impossible because of a very poor royal bank policy. the branch manager here (Michelle) actually discussed the situation with personal banking specialist (Susan). And they bent over backwards for me and walked down to royal bank to verify the funds because Royal bank refuses to accept calls to verify funds, basically nullifing the whole reason someone would get a certified cheque or draft. This Branch is the best! I am totally blow away with the service!! Above and beyond. Troy

The Lethbridge branch of this institution offers an outstanding level of customer service. It's rare to find that these days. As their front line and first impression, ATB's staff are doing a remarkable job and should be commended. They go above and beyond for their cusotmers.

I cannot believe a bank that says it's their for Albertans continued to charge small business owners affected by covid19 monthly bank fees when they were shut down and Quarantined. I personally will be leaving this institution ASAP!!!
