Trust me - you are NOT going to save any money by going with these guys. I recently rented a car with them and this is the summary of my experience: 1. I get there and there is NO ONE at the office...so I had to wait over an hour for someone to finally arrive to get my rental. 2. The guy tells me that my car is not available so I have to take one of lesser value - no negotiation. 3. As we're doing the paper work, he says "the MANDATORY (aka Legal) insurance for this car is not included and it will LITERALLY double the price of the quote you have. 4. If you can cancel the reservation, you lose the money paid so far...all in all, I should have listened to the previous reviews. Won't be coming back here anytime soon.

!! WARNING WARNING WARNING !! Maybe good if things go well (no experience with this) but if things go wrong a complete basket-case and you WILL lose money. Phone number (the only one that can be found anywhere) does not even ring. Live chat, while moderately helpful is a bit of a joke. Buyer beware - they may be cheap but that's pretty much all they have going for them.

I will never ever rent a car from this company. The insurance they sold was not valid in Costa Rica. They wanted to sell a own and more expensive insurance. Furthermore they blocked our Credit Card with a USD 5'000 deposit!! At the end we returned the car 2 hours to late and they charged us almost USD 200!! Think twice when you book a car at this company.

Use caution when renting from this agency. We pre purchased rental insurance online via Kyak as they offered it. When we arrived at the rental car location, we were told the insurance we had purchased online was not their insurance, so they had to place a $5,000 US Dollar deposit against our credit card to cover damage, and this money would be returned 3-4 weeks later. If we had any accident, we would need to pay for the damage with this deposit on our credit card, and WE would need to recover the money from the online rental insurance we purchased at the time of rental. The young couple in line in front of us went thru the same thing....so use caution! The online insurance was about $45 for four days, and when we were forced to purchase the insurance from the rental car company directly, it was over $530 for the same four days.

These guys are frauds- they claim damage to your vehicle than charge your card when you return to your country. Total crooks. Read the reviews- they do it to everyone!!
