We had one minor issue and the Customer Services Manager (Costa Rica) took it upon himself to contact us and discount and upgrade our rental. The rest of the process was slick; the team is unbelievably helpful, like giving me his personal email address in case we needed help. Car renting is often a lottery. Not with these guys.
Nice people but by me if their employees care to help you figure out how to connect to the impossible Bluetooth situation in their cars.
As an enterprise member i wish all locations in the USA were this friendly. The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. And super efficient. As many people as we saw getting and returning cars I can't believe how fast they were at getting us in and out.
The workers were extremely helpful and nice. The car ran smoothly and was perfect. I would highly suggest going with National.
Convenient pickup, accommodating in vehicle exchange or upgrade.
