Items were missing or broken when the box arrived. Lady on customer service didn't provide me with information about packing options. Insurance was not available, I paid $100dlls for broken ceramic and a missing mug.
These folks were super helpful with me when I brought in my postage prepaid voting ballot, printed out in a somewhat unorthodox manner. They seemed to be taking it very seriously and were quite friendly.
I read the reviews on the other post offices in Las Cruces, and they were terrible. So I decided to come here, and they were so nice and quick! Definitely recommend
This is my favorite Post Office in Las Cruces. It is easy to get in and out and if there is a line it is usually short.
Staff is always so helpful and teach me the things I need to know about shipping for my business to help me avoid returned packages. Always happy to help and fix issues I may have....
