Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I love renting from this location. The staff is very friendly and most accommodating in a pinch. I believe the gentleman that helped us was named Robert. He was swamped when several customers all showed up at the same time just before closing hour, he handled it like a pro and got us all checked out and on our way in great time. I plan to use this office again for all of my rental needs.

There seems to be a severe shortage of intermediate sized vehicles. I'm a big guy with a bad back. They told me when I arrived, at my appointment time with confirmation of an intermediate sized vehicle, that the only car available was a Chevy Spark! Then, 30 minutes later, after voicing my displeasure, they said they found a "subcompact" Nissan Versa......I almost cried. 2 hrs later they finally got me into a Nissan Sentra. The manager, Robert, was as helpful as can be. Kudos to him! Come on Enterprise! Bait and switch is not cool.

Website is very user friendly for setting up a reservation online. The entire staff was professional and helpful through the entire pick up and return process. After doing some research I found that the price here offered me a much better value for my needs since I just needed a one day rental to go to Santa Fe and back the same day. Also, having a set number of miles included with the price let me know exactly what I was paying.

The local branches try to have good customer service, but their corporate support seems to hamper their efforts and just give lip service to customer's issues.

Awesome truck, service was great. Just hope I'm not charged or an insurance claim for a dent that we didn't see
