Always the most professional and friendly. If I have ever experienced a problem with one of the cars it was taken care of promptly.

Always helpful, efficient and courteous. I go out of my way to rent cars at this location. Wouldn’t think about going somewhere else.

My car was not cleaned nor was it sanitized for COVID-19. Trash was in the vehicle from previous rental including a used face mask. I have yet to be refunded a duplicate charge at AVIS customer service fault. I had such a great experience at another AVIS but will not be returning to this one.

I always rent from the same Avis location. The manager, Silviano, does the best job in getting me into vehicle needed for where I need to go. It is amazing to have a good business relationship with the manager.

The staff here is GREAT! They have taken a care of me each time I come in and have given me great deals on rentals. I have rented twice in the last 2 months (Aug & Sep '19) with 3 more trips planned Oct. & Dec. Quick service, in and out.
