Mail and packages are often delivered to the wrong address.
I’m not recieving my package. It showed delivered in residential mailbox. They give me a tell # to call but the number is not in service. BAD USPS ARTESIA
I have been calling since 8 am. It now 926am. I call it rings for about 2 min. Then disconnects.
They told my friend she cannot send me pennies in the mail.. I called my post office they said if course she can. Friend made attempt # 2 and again they refused to let her send me the pennies. She even talked to manager. I collect them.
What is wrong with the artesia post office. I'm make a file complaint against them.
I have never had any problems with a post office except for this one...this post office refuses to drop of packages at our home even when we ARE home! They simply put a "sorry we missed you" card in our mailbox and do not even attempt to see if we are actually home. This is extremely inconvenient and annoying that we have to make a special trip to the post office just because they were too lazy to do their job.
Thank you Artesia Post Office for Delivering our mail. If it wasn't for you we wouldn't have mail.
