Bank staff are great. CC Chiong, the manager, shows an exceptional interest in his clients. He is always available, obliging, efficient and gets the best outcome quickly. and without fuss for his clients. My faith in banks has been restored!

I went to Mount Gravatt Branch, just for enquiring regarding my account, for the same they wanted my physical driving license ID proof, I told them I have my id copy in my phone, they said they want to verify the original.nThis was a ridiculous argument because what difference does it make if I show something digitally or physically end result is they are seeing something not feeling something.nnWhen other banks going in big in digital these kind requirements will make customers run away from you.
