CBA Branch (Mount Gravatt Plaza - Shop 107)

Went in to talk about opening a account and was told I would have to make an appointment.nWhich was fine and I didn’t mind but then was told to sit down and no communication until a customer service rep wanted to start the application in the main foyer with any privacy.

Unprofessional staff and customer service is appalling. It took over 6 weeks, multiple phone calls and emails, 3 visits each over an hour to organise for one word to be removed from a bank guarantee. I am a 40 yr CBA customer and have never come across such incompetence.

Judgemental and unprofessional staff at the counters.

We had to set up a business account today, and chose our local Commonwealth Bank (Mt Gravatt Plaza). Emma (staff) greeted my boss by name, because she already banks there, and had a quick chat. It was a really busy morning for them, with lots of customers, but within 5 minutes were ushered into the office to meet Phil, who did all our paperwork quickly and efficiently... and was okay with three lively women chatting away to one another about work while he filled out the forms! They will take our Cafe Manager through all the various ways we can bank, deposit and use their after-hours,online & mobile EFTPOS services as soon as we are ready to go. Couldn't fault them, at all. Top marks for proficiency, speed and genuine friendliness. Thanks!
