Merinda, did a fantastic job setting up my business account. She followed up and sorted out the issue in setting up the account. Easy branch for popping in and out.

Good grief. Dropped off someone to go into the bank and have been waiting 25 minutes in the car and they're still in line! I think this is such bad customer service. Get it together Commonwealth Bank Moorooka.nnEdit: more than half an hour now, and still waiting. Rivalling Centrelink!

Friendly and efficient staff, easy transactions with automated machines.

I don't use this branch often but when we took the kids to deposit their Christmas money the staff member we dealt with was courteous and helpful.
