Westpac Branch Morayfield

I try to avoid going into the branch. But sometimes I have to, and invariably what I see is a couple of tellers, with a queue out the door. More staff is required during peak times. And when you see staff walking around or sitting at desks whilst there is a queue out the door, you have to wonder why they don't get their priorities right and focus on customer service and open additional teller windows. The tellers themselves are friendly and helpful. They just need more of them.

Services available at the branch are getting less due to corporate cutbacks. Staff are friendly.
