I found that the staff are very helpful and pleasant. I live in the area and it is nice for a change to go into such a business and be greeted by professional and cheerful people.nThank you Suncorp it is always been a pleasant experience.

One star does not justify this bank or branch why do you have to have a sit in to make your point. why does a manager make a conference call with head office more important than CUSTOMERs. Why does Staff untrained in get a SUNCORP INSURANCE BANK CHEQUE clear. Why do people wait in queues with elder customer standing there while Staff enter back room and exit the branch and why in the 21St Century does it take 3 days for a cheque to clear. and it not 15 minute it like 45 minutes spent

This bad review is because you have morons driving like complete wankers in your company cars. A car with the plates 125TKE nearly wiped out the back of my car twice this afternoon because he was apparently in a rush to get to the bottlo at Logandale.

Poor customer service, have been a long time business customer but no longer, closing all accounts and going elsewhere, staff are rude and not helpful. Steer clear at all costs

I have just spent 15 mins on hold to be transferred to a branch then he just put me through to the service questions then call hung up
