Commonwealth Bank Loganholme Branch

Horrible service here and nasty attitude from a lady working there when I was checking how long I can expect to wait. I’d already waited 30 mins for a simple service but was met with hostility and aggression from the staff and walked out. She saw fit to question my time management and ask me if I had anywhere to be and what time as if it’s any of her business. Curly pulled back hair, blue eyes working at 3pm 31/5/21. Very disappointing experience, will be changing bank as this is the second time I’ve experienced this here.

I’ve walked into this branch to ask for advice and was stared at rudely by a staff member and not greeted at all. I will not be returning to this branch again, terrible customer service!

Very smooth transaction this morning with a pleasant staff member. We got there first thing and completed a bank cheque within 5 minutes. My elderly mother didn't even need to take a seat. We'll done Commonwealth Bank in the Loganholme Hyperdome

Very much disappointed with customer service, i came all the way from GC reached 3.25pm Monday and was told book an appointment or come other day we are done for the day.
