Suncorp Bank

Worst service. Slow service. Say they will call you and they don’t. Tellers make so many errors. Manager is lazy and will not even come out even when que is out the door. Any other bank would be better than this Runaway Bay Suncorp. ATM always down and not working. Coin machine is always broken. Went in to get my card to work and they couldn’t even do it right. Went to Helensvale and was fixed right away. Will travel to Helensvale now as they treat you like a person. Suncorp Runaway Bay is the worst bank ever.

Pathetic, you close Ashmore and now make Runaway Bay a meet and greet with no tellers. If I wanted no service I would have stayed with the big banks. Wake up Suncorp and remember what banking means to your customers and not what it means to bean counters and senior managers that have lost touch with their clients. The idiot that decided to replicate this big bank strategy should be sacked.

Usually busy so if you want personal service you may have to wait for a teller.
