NAB branch

Worst experience in any bank. They were caught ripping us off in the royal commission but refused to assist in reclaiming my stolen money. They will sell you the world but when you need assistance they refuse. They wonder why branches are closing......Don't waist your hard earned here.

On the phone 1.5hrs on hold, no answer. I am still on the now while writing this!!

I love that they have an ATM outside so I am able to deposit even when the center is closed. Makes my life easier.nud83cudf08ud83cudf0f✌ud83dudc96ud83dude0dud83cudf08

Worst bank on the coast. Never have enough tellers to deal with demand. Had to make a deposit today so decided to use atm instead of lining up for 45 minutes. Atm couldn't count money and spat it back out $710 short of what I put in. Had to line up and then the teller cant get the dispute form to load on computer. Now I have to wait up to 7 days to get my $710. Absolute farce. Avoid this shonky branch and their lack of skilled staff.
