Westpac Branch Oxenford

Absolute shambles at this branch and reaffirms why I'm closing all accounts with Westpac!nTried to go into this branch to pay off/close a credit card. Finally got to the counter after a long wait to be told we couldn't use an eftpos card to pay the bill (a bank not accepting a card payment???). Told we would have to use the atm and withdraw the money. Lady wrote down the amount owning. Get to the atm for it to say the amount was too high. Lady says it's our other bank. Phone our other bank....nope limit is fine. So we had to do 3 withdrawals to get $2220. Go back in and line up. Finally get to the counter to be told that the original bank employee had written down the wrong number and it was actually $2229. Do you think they would wipe the $9 considering it was their stuff up...NO. Made us line up again to withdraw for a 4th time atthe atm to get a huge $9. Then line up inside again! Absolute joke. Thank God we changed to ING. They are amazing to deal with. Never EVER again Westpac. This should have been a 5 min task not 50 mins.

Have tried calling for 3 days and they never pick up the phone. Terrible service. Have gone to another bank.

Not a huge fan of the bank, but the staff there went way a over and beyond to help me out with a loan today. Jessica, the manager, is amazing and will do whatever it takes to take care of you!

Very bad customer service.nI went twice to ask for what’s problem with my Esaver account and always asked me to wait for phone call. I lost my interest but westpac did not give me any response. It never happened this situation in Sydney. I just opened another Esaver account and closed the old one in Oxenford. But I did not get any interest in my old account. It was really bad wastpac branch.
