I presented to the CUA bank in chermside to look into getting a car loan, it was here I met Erin. I was extremely overwhelmed after dealing with car dealers all day. After a short discussion Erin was able to explain everything to me so thoroughly that i felt calm and informed and Knew what I was getting myself into.nShe went ABOVE and beyond during the process of getting my loan approved by her quick responses via email and sorting everything so fast that I am now able to pick my car up earlier than once thought. I was so happy with her service that even if someone offered me a lower interest rate somewhere else I still would have picked CUA.nnThank you for the best possible experience
