Absolutely shocking I've tried to call the phone line to many time's to book appointment to arrange for a account to be set up as I am a new customer, no body has bothered to answer the phone (38 time's). Fair dinkum they need new management and employees at this rate. Newly refinished with 3 counters that only ever has one in operation. Don't like to open on time, and then want to chat with everyone like they are best friends - your a business and we just want to make a transaction and be on our way as quickly as we can.nAlways trying to get everyone to use the self service they even have the security guy trying to get you to use the atm instead of going inside, they realise they won't have a job if noone goes instore anymore) and people sitting waiting for appointments and in line can see everyones personal information on the 'teller' operators screen.n*Update they now open a 2nd one more frequently.
