Matt and his team are amazing! No stones unturned with these guys when it comes to your finances. They check the nitty gritty and makes sure that what they offer are suited to your needs. It is more than just sales, it is creating relationship to clients and this is hard to come by these days. Glad to be a BOQ-er!

Young guy at this branch really stuffed things up. Long story short, I removed my cash reserves asap.

Whenever you go to this bank, whether it be morning, lunchtime or afternoon. The lack of tellers is appalling. There is aways only one or two tellers on at a time. The line could be a mile long. Surely some other staff member could lend s helping hand to apply good customer service. Thinking about changing banks.
