Very professional and friendly staff!! Karen from retail banking services was brilliant. She answered all my questions and was very patient even thought it was almost closing time.

Went in for a very simple transfer of funds, the consultant who assisted me had the most professional and welcoming demeanor I've experienced from any bank. Well done and thank you.

Although the carpark is a little tricky, the actual shop has gone through a makeover, making the space inside much easier to navigate for its size. Customer service here is fantastic! Teresa, Barry and the team are always happy to help and will make you feel welcome.
