My husband and I came to the Garden City branch after a negative experience with poor communication and a long unresolved issue at another branch. Nakul took care of us and worked tirelessly to resolve our issue. His communication was fantastic and he clearly went above and beyond to not only give us the outcome we wanted but compensated us on behalf of ANZ even though he was not the one at fault.nThank you!nL & D

Poor customer service. Bank teller I think her name was Shiva/Siva was very rude. I just wanted to break some change into smaller change and she continued to explain to me that I could use a machine instead but proceeds to explain that I can’t get small quantities of coins from it....

So dumb , cant believe wasted 20 minutes for nothing. That lady had no idea what she was saying. Very bad experience. Your staff needs training. Thanks.
