Westpac Branch Garden City

Westpac Garden City has been our go to branch as we live close and also work in the shopping centre. They have always been so helpful with all of our inquiries and the staff are respectable, willing and follow up when they say they will. We recently also did our House Loan with Darlene, Daniel and Kylie over the Christmas/New Year Period. They all worked to get our Loan over the line and were always available when needed. Thank you team for your efforts and would recommend this branch for anyone looking for a house loan or in person assistance.

I not recommend this branch as I went once to sort out my quarry but the staff was not friendly and they really didn’t want to help me. They said come tomorrow and we will sort it out. They don’t care about people time. Two of the staff there are chilling out.nSo, why they opened branch there? “Question to Westpac”nRecommend: Please change your all staff there.
