I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Nathan, for the excellent service he provided me and my mother last week. Mr Nathan helped my mother to sort out her account. I was attended with utmost professional attitude and perfection. Nathan was patient and made sure that all my other's queries were resolved. He made my mum felt really very comfortable and respect.nnI was really pleased to visit your bank. I also would like to thank another lady name Zorica for their warm reception and patience in answering all my queries and ensuring that all my mother's doubts are resolved.

I was there few days ago, they need to be trained for customer service.nThe lady at the front was rude and not caring towards customer at all. She was just there to do her hours and get paid, not customer care skill at all.

The woman that works the tellers zorica has no customer service skills at all very poor experience.nWhenever I have been into the branch I cringe when I see her as she doesn’t smile nor does she make you feel welcome it’s as if anything I ask of is to hard.nnShe needs training on how to be in the customer service sector it give you a bad image. And disgraceful to feel that way when you go into a business

The worst change counting machine in any bank ever. Only takes a small amount at a time, you have to do multiple deposits, takes forever, and the machine always malfunctions. Other banks, and even the old machine was far better, you could just pour in the coins and done. Not now, 2020, and they supply an inferior machine. Also, some very rude staff members, not all , but certainly some. Hopeless.

All staff I interacted with were lovely & helpful; the lady at the front door & the man that helped me with my issue. Great conversationists & I left with a big smile. One of my best customer service experiences not only with this bank but with any business I have invested in. Thankyou!
