I have never left a review before but feel this branch deserves one. I went in today with my husband to take care of a few things that we had been meaning to do for some time. We first left the branch extremely frustrated to the point where I was shaking. Sum of frustration is advice from a previous branch and miscommunication with this branch. We decided to go back and talk to the Manager which is where we realized the 'miscommunication' piece. Needless to say the manager and staff turned this very negative experience into a positive one and my husband and I will continue to go to this location from now. Any branch able to turn a negative to a positive is worth keeping.
Very helpful in aiding me to sort out the request of a statement.
When the staff member at the branch door says sorry all staff are busy, come back in 30 mins is when I knew it was time to change banks...!!!!
I have dealt with nearly everyone in the branch and they have all been amazing. Morris for my home loan, Reece for my credit card and Peter on front desk. I highly recommend the Mt Gravatt branch!!
I really appreciate Excellent Customer services and Support provided by staff Ros and Reece during visit to this branch.
