Absolutely useless. Rang 3 times this morning to book an appointment to come in with my partner to open accounts no answer. Both left work early to come in due to early closing hours we were told to wait as everybody was busy at the moment we’re told it might take 30-45 minutes so we agreed to wait. 30 minutes later were told by another lady that we wouldn’t be able to do it today as we should have made an appointment told her that we tried to and her excuse was that they were too busy to answer the phones and that we should just come back another day like it’s just so easy to knock off work early to keep coming back. You have just made it easy for us we will be going with somebody else also our current family members that have sworn by you will be changing there accounts to different banks. Cheers for making it easy and we learnt your uselessness before letting you touch our money

I went in with a query about my card declining...nnNot pleasant staff, impatient, dissmisive and condescending. An uncomfortable inside atmosphere with 'border security' carrying a gun and looking for anyone that does not bow to blind obedience or puts a toe too far over a yellow line.nI will not ever go into Tweed Heads shopping centre commonwealth bank again

There are always people to help you when you come into the bank. The home loan specialist is very motivated to help & is a family man. As they have recently had an renovation, there is a change machine that you can access 24 hours & another machine that you can deposit money into your account. I’ve been a customer of the Commonwealth Bank & they have always been of assistance to me.
