Very friendly service from Olivia, she helped me change my name on my bank cards today! Highly suggest coming in and speaking to Olivia with anything. She was very happy and quick to see me walk threw the door to offer her help. Best Service i have got from Common Wealth since Covid-19 happened. It’s close to everything & has a few ATM’s there is a change machine ATM inside & accepts coins as well - available during business hours. Pretty good service. Cosy smaller bank compared to other branches.

Had a very bad experience in the bank today was changing up some change in the counting machine the machine stopped and some receipts came out a man came over who worked there and took the receipts and said I will get a fresh one but I wanted my receipt incase something happened then he started saying you people do not understand technology he was referring to the fact I am an aboriginal man and then he said a lot of other racial slurs as he walked away with my receipts in hand I have never be treated like this by a bank employee before and it is utterly disgusting I will never use this branch again
