The wait was so long the first time I went in there which was a few years ago when it opened,but the location is the best thing about it and at least the staff are pleasant enough too.

Same story.... 1 teller, multiple staff walking around ignoring the lines and sipping on coffee. I would never use this branch if I didn't have to for work.

Shocking costumer service. I waited for over 30 minutes just to get to teller while four other costumers walked out becuase of the wait. There was only one teller and all the others were strolling round drinking coffee. The managment at this anz needs to be sorted out ASAP.
