BOQ Coolangatta

Had some business to do while staying in Coolangatta and the lady there went out of her way to help me sort everything. Great bank

The ladies at the branch are always super helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If you want good old fashioned service with a smile, this is where you should be banking.

Cassie & Danny are friendly and helpful. They always go the extra mile. I've never had service in a bank like I get in BOQ Coolangatta.

Worst BOQ on the Coast. They closed up shop in Tweed Heads which was really well staffed and parking was easy. The new branch (same Manager) in Coolangatta is an absolute shambles. Rarely open on time, understaffed with a line up nearly to the door most of the time. You'll hear the grumblings from people in the queue most times you're in there. It's amazing no one else has posted any reviews about this branch yet?

Since the new manager took over from Adam this place has gone downhill. Perhaps the rudest laziest bank manager I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all possible costs. Girls in the branch try hard to cover for him.
