Told me that I had to fill in a long winded application for their mobile eftpos machines before they would tell me how long the battery life was on them! Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service designed to entrap users into worthless plans. Turns out it wasn't long enough! I ended up going with a third party solution with a battery bank

Rude service, horrible and racist attitude. Bank workers think they are CEO's or too good to do their basic job description. I don't know her name but one of the older ladies was so shockingly mean.

The customer service is horrible. We were trying to get cash out of an international card the the clerk was rude, arrogant and unhelpful. I see the reason we use ATM’s not sales clerks honestly the ATM outside the bank Was more helpful
