This branch has a very friendly and very helpful staff.Thanks a lot for always looking after your costumer.

I haven't witnessed anything to complain about. Service has been good and I have never waited anymore than 5 minutes to get served and that was only because there was someone making multiple deposits and another customer inquiring about travel.

I've received the wrong information on two accounts from this branch regarding transfer of funds and joint accounts. Very unhelpful and time wasting. In the past I've done business mainly with Robina BOQ, who are good. In summary, do yourself a favour and go with ING.

Hopeless. Worst bank in the country. Last two visits waited over 20 minutes on each occasion just to deposit money into my account. Wasn't even at peak time Where is the so called owner manager. Probably in the pub.
