ANZ Branch Pacific Fair

This bank is as disorganised & the staff are as incompetent as the branch in Southport!! I had a very simple question they obviously didn't understand & was it appears also too lazy to carry out. They're so unhelpful & now blaming coronavirus as to why I am not getting what I consider a good interest rate on my savings account, I am starting to consider with these facts if I should break up with this bank & get a better !! The teller was also very ride,not good enough when staff don't do their job & bad attitude with it!

Terrible customer’s service. Very rude staff!

Appalling slow service. 1 teller open, other staff watching the line of people queuing. Avoid !! will never use the branch again. ANZ HO take note. :/

Great new renovations, looks awesome. Feels more secure using the atm inside the bank too!

Served my Gloria. She was extremely helpful, friendly, educational, and patient with me. The bank wasn’t busy at all and I managed to get served straight away. I know where to go for all my banking needs now. Thanks Gloria
